Beginilah Keadaan 86 Sekolah di Boltim, Masih Kekurangan Guru Mata Pelajaran

According to the Head of the Education Office, Yusril Damopolii explained, indeed there were still 129 subject teachers. 


Although there have been CPNS graduates and appointment of contract teachers, but Boltim, there is still a shortage of subject teachers. 

"CPNS teachers who passed 173 people and 37 people contracted. We tried to place and spread according to the number of students in school," Yusril Damopolii said on Tuesday (1/22/2019). 

He said, at that time suggested to the Regional Personnel Body (BKD), for 402 teachers, but only 173 received. 

"So there is still a shortage of teachers. "There are many teachers in East Bolaang Mongondow, both civil servants and contracts totaling 772 teachers," he said. 

Abdul Malik Hatam, Head of the Molobog Middle School Middle School, explained that there were still shortages of subject teachers such as mathematics, mulok, cultural arts and Indonesian. 

"We took the initiative, one important teacher taught two subjects so that the teaching and learning process continued to run well," said Abdul Malik Hatam. 


He included, not yet know, the number of teachers received at the CPNS in 2018. Hopefully in accordance with the suggestions submitted to the Boltim Education Office.
